RETURNS & REFUNDS

Most of the items can be returned for free except Outdoor products , Dining sets , specific bookcases models & Beds within 15 days of delivery. So if something doesn’t work out, you can send it back

Product must be in the same condition as you got it, with all original product inserts and accessories.

Returns are seamless and easy, and you can do it online!

• Visit My Account and select “Contact Us”.

• Select "Return/Exchange" from "Reason To Contact" Field.

• Leave your contact phone number in the "Message" area.

• We will give you a call back within 5 business days to arrange the pick up of the order and confirm the return with you.

Note: 

- Orders made with credit cards will be returned to the same credit card within 14 business days.

- Orders made with Cash on delivery will be returned with the courier .

 

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, please contact us through our official contact channels mentioned earlier within 24 hours from delivery to report it. Please take, at least, 3 pictures of the damage and send it along with the return request. we’ll make it right by:

-Sending you replacement parts or accessories Or Replacing the product Or Issue a refund

 

Products Returned After 15 days

Did you miss the 15-day return window? Great news! You may still start a return after 15 days, but you may get a partial refund depending on the following:
 
  • Condition of the merchandise

  • Cost of the original and/or return shipping charges deduction from your refund
