Returns:

• Most of the items can be returned for free except for Outdoor products , Dining sets , specific bookcases models & Beds within 14 days of delivery. So if something doesn’t work out, you can send it back

Product must be in the same condition as you got it, with all original product inserts and accessories.

Beds Warranty:

Nakhlaa warrants your product against manufacturing defects only and does not cover damages that result from misuse.  Manufacturing defects include circumstances where the product has broken under normal use and no longer provides proper support for your mattress.  Proper support is defined as a smooth, flat, rigid surface. In the event you encounter a manufacturing defect, please stop using this product immediately and call customer service.

- For Metal only beds we provide lifetime warranty .

- For Metal & Wood beds we provide lifetime warranty on the metal frame (chassis) & 2 years warranty on the wood.

- For Upholstered beds we provide lifetime warranty on the metal frame (chassis) & 5 years warranty on the Upholstered (paded) parts.

- For Dining Sets we provide lifetime warranty on the metal frame (chassis) & 2 years warranty on the wood.

- For Dining Chairs & Benches we provide lifetime warranty on the metal frame (chassis) & 2 years warranty on the wood.

- For Furniture Sets we provide lifetime warranty on the metal frame (chassis) & 2 years warranty on the wood and cushions.

- For Chairs & Benches we provide lifetime warranty on the metal frame (chassis) & 2 years warranty on the wood and cushions.

- A proof of purchase is required while applying for warranty

- The warranty is voided if any structural modification is made to the foundation or any part of the foundation as delivered is removed.
